We are hiring Growth Strategist. 

This is the most senior person on the client.

You own the strategy. You lead the team. You do whatever it takes to hit the target — whether that's setting direction, targets, leading the team or rolling up your sleeves and doing it yourself.

What you'll own:

- Full performance strategy across Creative, Media Buying, CRO, and Email.

- Client communication — monthly strategy calls, weekly updates, daily Slack presence.

- Team direction — you set the focus metric, remove blockers, and keep execution tight.

- The numbers — CAC, AOV, LTV, ROAS, CVR. You don't guess. You learn fast and act faster.

 Required skills:

 - Strong understanding of eCommerce and digital marketing

 - Experience with leading eCommerce projects

 - General understanding of media buying, CRO, email marketing and ad creatives

 - Proficiency in task briefing and copywriting

 - Offer development & strategy crafting
