This job is about more than just editing - it's about creating content that people will remember, content that stops them from scrolling and makes them take action.
Required skills:
- Video Production Experience. A portfolio showcasing your video editing abilities, especially for social media and ads.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, AI and other relevant tools.
- Performance Marketing Knowledge. Your edits should not just look good - they should convert.
- Creativity & Curiosity. Be fast, creative, eager to learn and try new things.
- Communication. Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including media buyers and Creative Strategists, to achieve campaign goals.
