This job is about more than just strategy—it's about creating content that people will remember, content that stops them from scrolling and makes them take action.
Required skills:
- Innovative Campaign Development. Brainstorm and develop data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns that align with performance goals and resonate with target audiences.
- Market Research. Conduct thorough research on market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to inform and inspire creative direction.
- Performance Analysis. Analyze ad testing data, making informed, performance-driven decisions to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Creative Briefing. Write detailed briefs for graphic designers, video editors, actors, and other creative talents. Oversee their final deliverables, providing feedback and writing fixes as needed.
- Collaborative Ideation. Work closely with clients, strategists, designers, and other team members to brainstorm and develop innovative ideas.
- Trend Spotting. Constantly search for new ideas, market trends, and creative opportunities to keep our strategies fresh and ahead of the curve.
- Copywriting. Craft compelling headlines, call-to-actions, and video scripts that drive engagement and conversions.
